Information we process
We process account identifiers supplied by the authentication provider, subscription and transaction references supplied by Paddle, uploaded product images, generated results, prompts, technical logs, and usage records needed to deliver and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, perform requested generations, measure and enforce credits, reconcile billing, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and improve reliability. We do not use payment-card details; Paddle processes those details directly.
Service providers
ClaudeLeads relies on infrastructure, authentication, storage, billing, and AI-model providers. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its part of the service and processes it under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We retain account, billing, audit, and generation records as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. Access controls, private storage, row-level database policies, and server-side credentials are used to limit unauthorized access.
Your choices
You may update supported account details, download generated work, manage billing, or request assistance through the ClaudeLeads Help Center. Some financial and security records may need to be retained after account closure.
